Username not accepted
If you are trying to register and your username is not accepted, or if you get the error message 'login should only contain letters and numbers', please check that:
- the username isn’t already in use
- your username doesn’t contain any symbols or spaces. If it does, try it without the symbols or spaces.
If your email address is already in use, you may have already registered. Please try resetting your password to re-gain access to your account.
Email address already in use
If you have recently deleted your account, your email address is usually removed from out database within 24 hours. If you would like us to clear your email address before then, or if you have any other issues, please contact us via the Helpdesk and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
